Refund policy

To qualify for a full refund, please request your return within 7 days of delivery and ship the items back within 7 days of your request (excludes EU countries).

  • Please allowย 5 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process your refund.

After approval, youโ€™ll receive a free shipping label. You must ship your return within 48 hours. If the label expires, there will be an additional charge to issue a replacement.

You can print the label, attach it to any box/package and return the items.

This return options are for US ONLY.ย 

Any Return shipping for outside the United States is customer's responsibility to pay for their return orders.ย 

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, weโ€™ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off periodย 

Under European Union regulations, you need to return your order within 14days of receiving the merchandise, for any reason and without justification.

  • Return Period: You must notify us of your decision to cancel within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you, receives the goods.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges: We accept exchanges for [specify e.g., only new/unopened products] within the same 14-day window.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Your refund will include the standard shipping costs paid at the time of purchase; however, additional costs for non-standard delivery (e.g., express shipping) are non-refundable
the items must beย packaged securely. You may use the original packaging if it is still solid and in good state, but this is not mandatory. It is a good idea to take photos of the good and the package before sealing and sending it.

Refund Payments


We will notify you once weโ€™ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, youโ€™ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
